We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction/roofing, project management methodologies and tools, with a proven ability to manage requirements, schedules, and vendor relationships effectively. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and the ability to drive projects to successful completion while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with clients
  • Climbing ladders
  • Coordinating subcontractors
  • Moving materials as heavy as 50+ lbs
  • Buying and returning materials
  • Some Sales
  • Jobsite cleanliness
  • Managing people
  • Develop and manage project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, material handling and deliverables.
  • Oversee requirements management to ensure all project specifications are met.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to facilitate project execution and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Lead project teams by providing direction, support, and motivation to ensure high performance.
  • Implement process mapping techniques to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Supervise team members, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of requirements management and vendor management.
  • Proficiency in roofing.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams effectively.
  • Strong skills in process mapping and the ability to identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year

SR. Roofing Sales Consultant

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Roofing Consultant to join our team on a performance based pay scale with base salary. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance to clients regarding roofing solutions, ensuring they receive the best products and services tailored to their needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and a passion for customer service, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ roofing needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Engage in outside sales activities, including cold calling, door knocking and lead generation to expand the client base.
  • Perform product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of various roofing materials and systems.
  • Manage assigned territory effectively, ensuring consistent follow-up with potential and existing clients.
  • Develop new business opportunities through networking and relationship-building efforts.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure sales while maintaining profitability.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution from initial consultation through completion.
  • Project Management- Ensure materials are ordered, crews are ready and customer is aware of scope of work from start to finish.

Experience

  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (roofing or construction industry).
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to explain roofing solutions to homeowners in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Self-Motivated: Must be driven, energetic, and capable of working independently.
  • Negotiation Skills: Experience in closing deals and overcoming customer objections.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
